Ceramic fiber dust removal/catalytic filter tube
Ceramic fiber dust removal/catalytic filter tube is a composite material tube combined with ceramic fiber reinforced material and catalyst. It has the function of flue gas dust removal and denitration. It is suitable for flue gas treatment in industries such as glass, glass fiber, new electronic materials, non-ferrous metal smelting, steel, coking, waste incineration and biomass power generation.The current length of the ceramic filter tube is 3030mm and 4150mm in two specifications. The length of 4150mm breaks through technical barriers and realizes the world's first.

The ceramic fiber catalytic filter tube (ZY-DR03 type) produced by our company has low filtration resistance (<300Pa) and excellent denitration efficiency. At 225-450℃, the denitration efficiency can reach more than 95%, and the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99.99%, and the life span can reach 5-10 years.
Core technology
Ceramic fiber catalytic filter tube: A composite tube made of ceramic fiber raw materials mixed with an adhesive and then coated with a catalyst. The main raw material is reinforced aluminum silicate fiber.
Catalyst directional control coating technology: The “nano-scale” catalyst formula developed by Tsinghua University is adopted, and its irregular fiber-shaped labyrinth structure greatly improves the efficiency of desulfurization and denitration.The directional control coating technology developed in cooperation with Tsinghua University solves the problem of agglomeration of traditional filter tube catalysts, and realizes the efficient dispersion and close integration of nano-catalytic components on the fibers.
